ALBAWABA- Amid escalating tensions with Iran, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed Likud Party ministers, emphasizing the need for a strategic and measured response to the recent Iranian attack. 

According to sources familiar with the discussions within the War Council, there's a push within the security establishment for a military retaliation against Iran, a sentiment echoed by Netanyahu himself, who advocates for decisive action.

Netanyahu's stance reflects a desire for Iran to comprehend the gravity of the situation faced by Israelis. However, decision-making is complicated by intense international pressure on Israel. 

Meanwhile, the Israeli army remains vigilant, pledging to respond to Iran at the appropriate time and place. 

Additionally, an Israeli army spokesman confirmed minor damage to the Nevatim military base, which endured four strikes, one of them close to an airstrip.
