Iran’s President Mohammed Khatami left Tehran Sunday on his way to Kuala Lampur for a three-day visit to Malaysia.
Iranian Radio said that Khatami would hold talks with high-ranking Malaysian officials that would deal with political and economic relations, according to SPA.
In addition, the Iranian leader is expected to discuss the latest developments on the regional and international arenas, especially the Palestinian issue and the current efforts to combat terrorism. (Albawaba.com)
