Dubai's Criminal Court has sentenced an Iranian to death for selling drugs and another Iranian to four years of imprisonment and deportation for drug offences, Khaleej Times reported Monday
The man sentenced to death was identified as A.R.H, 45, the paper said, noting that he had brought a large quantity of heroin from Iran. Thereafter, he was arrested when he tried to sell the drug for Dh70,000 to an undercover police officer.
The other offender is 42-year-old H.M.Z, who has been sentenced to four years of imprisonment for possessing drugs -- Albawaba.com
