ALBAWABA- In a significant diplomatic move, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi is visiting Turkey for the 8th Meeting of the Turkey-Iran High-Level Cooperation Council. 

The Turkish president welcomed his Iranian counterpart with an official ceremony at the Presidential Complex in Ankara. 

Highlighting the paramount importance of the Palestinian issue on their agenda, both leaders affirmed their commitment to supporting the rights of the Palestinian people.

 President Raisi expressed gratitude for the warm relations between Iran and Turkey, aiming to elevate them further in the coming years. 

Both leaders share a common stance on the Palestinian cause and emphasized the need to recognize and uphold the rights of the Palestinian people.
