"America has already ended up in failure in Iraq, no matter it admit or not," Iran's Supreme Leader said Thursday morning.
Speaking to mourners gathered in the mausoleum of Imam Khomeini to mark the 15th anniversary of his demise, he ruled out any interference from Iran in the Iraqi affairs and said "Iraq belongs to its people and they should determin their destiny."
"Occupiers should leave Iraq. They have no right over even a drip of its oil," he noted.
Ayatollah Khamenei also criticized the Werstern civilization for abandoning spirituality in its scientific movement and termed colonialism as the very fruit of such a secular phenomenon.
He reminded US occupation attrocities in Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq as another incarnation of dumping spirituality, IRNA reported. (Albawaba.com)
