On Tuesday, Iraq and Iran exchanged the remains of 120 soldiers killed in the two countries' 1980-1988 war, AFP reported.
During a ceremony held at the border in Amara province, southeast of the capital Baghdad, Iraq handed over the remains of 88 Iranian soldiers and received the bodies of 32 of its soldiers. Most of the corpses are unidentified. The ceremony was held in the presence of humanitarian affairs officials from both countries. (Albawaba.com)
