A suicide bomber detonated at a recruitment center for new police officers Wednesday in Fallujah, killing 15 Iraqis, police said. In another development, police found the bodies of 14 Iraqi men in Baghdad.
In Fallujah, the suicide bomber exploded at a police department being used as a recruitment center, said police 1st Lt. Omar Ahmed. 13 of those killed were applying for jobs and two were policemen, the AP reported.
The 14 bodies, discovered near Baghdad's main amusement park, belonged to men in their 20s and 30s, who had been handcuffed, tied up and shot in the head.
