According to PETRA, Iraqi ambassadors in Arab countries and Asia on Thursday held a meeting in Amman that aimed to discuss means of boosting relations between Iraq and these countries.
Prior to the meeting , Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshiar Zibari , told reporters that Iraqi authorities seek to coordinate positions and brief the ambassadors on the development of situations in the current stage.
He described the situations as very critical and serious. It needs pooling all
efforts in order to make the political process, working out a constitution, and holding elections a success, he said . He expressed hope that such sucess would enable Iraq occupy its normal position in the region.
