General Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Defense Minister, received in Dubai on Tuesday Dr. Mohammed Mehdi Saleh, Iraqi Minister of Foreign Commerce in the presence of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Department.
