Irregular Dismissal of Civil Suit against the Boeing Company
Appealed in United States Supreme Court
The highly irregular dismissal of a civil suit against the Boeing Company by a Seattle District Court prompted a direct appeal to the United States Supreme Court this week. Application for arbitration has been made to US Chief Justice Roberts on the grounds that the presiding judge in the US District Court had neither legal standing nor jurisdiction to rule in the matter.
The caustic civil case against the Boeing Company was summarily dismissed from court when, in a surprising twist of irony, the presiding judge found himself on the wrong side of the United States Criminal Code. Seventeen separate criminal charges were filed against Judge Richard A. Jones in the US District Court of Seattle, case no.09-cv-962. Judge Jones stands accused, amongst others, of colluding with the defendant in the case, the Boeing Company; of assisting its officers to escape criminal prosecution; of failing to appoint a prosecutor and failing to arrest Boeing Company officers who are deeply implicated in a major criminal conspiracy which underpins the civil claim for damages. Judge Jones is further accused of threatening a witness and of tampering with and illegally removing crucial evidence from the court records.
On the same day upon which the criminal charges were filed against him, Judge Jones hastily and illegally ruled on his own innocence, dismissed the charges against himself, and for good measure summarily dismissed the Boeing case to boot in order to cover his tracks.
Analogous charges were also lodged against Judge Jones in two closely related court cases progressing in parallel in the US District Court in Seattle over which he presided as well - one against the Ford Motor Company and the other against the national airlines of India, Air India (case numbers 09-cv-897 and 09-cv-825 respectively). In a profound display of contempt for the law and for its due process, Judge Jones likewise and illegally dismissed those charges against him and dismissed both these cases in addition.
All three civil cases are premised upon harm and damages caused by the unlawful acts of an extensive criminal conspiracy which embroils officials of the three companies: Boeing, Ford, and Air India. Company officials stand accused of conspiring with US government officials to commit kidnap and murder of a former Boeing Company Manager and Instructor Pilot in an effort to silence his testimony in court.
The illegitimate dismissal of the Boeing, Ford, and Air India cases by a presiding judge who is criminally involved in those same proceedings has been appealed directly to the United States Supreme Court on the specific grounds that the judge acted without legal authority, which particular circumstance allows for a direct appeal. Chief Justice Roberts, who is well-familiar with the criminal conspiracy which implicates officials of Boeing, Ford, and Air India in the attempted murder, has been requested to adjudicate.
President Obama, who has a personal and vested interest the three related cases, has been kept fully informed of the development of the lawlessness.
