Israel blames Egypt for October 7 events; Egypt claps back

ALBAWABA- Far-extremist Israeli Minister of Finance, Bezalel Smotrich, blamed Egypt for the October 7 events, alleging Hamas' armament through the country.

In response, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry condemned Smotrich's statements as disgraceful and unacceptable, denouncing his apparent appetite for violence. 

Egypt asserted full control over its territories, rejecting any implication of responsibility for regional unrest.
