ALBAWABA - Israel claimed killing Iranian Intelligence Minister Esmaeil Khatib in overnight strikes on Iran, Israeli media revealed on Wednesday.
Israel's Yedioth Ahronoth reported that the army targeted Iranian Intelligence Minister Esmaeil Khatib on Tuesday night in Iran.
In addition, a report by Iran International claimed Esmaeil Khatib was killed and that the elimination was successful.
Yesterday, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced on Tuesday the killing of Ali Larijani, Iran's secretary of the Supreme National Security Council.
Katz also added that Gholamreza Soleimani, a senior officer in the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and commander of the paramilitary Basij forces, was also killed in the attack.
"Larijani and the Basij commander were eliminated overnight and joined the head of the annihilation program, Khamenei, and all the eliminated members of the axis of evil, in the depths of hell," Katz revealed during an assessment this morning.
