ALBAWABA - At least seven people were killed, and many others were injured in an Israeli strike on Abbassiyah area in south Lebanon’s Tyre district, NNA reported Thursday.
Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam declared a national day of mourning after deadly Israeli strikes on Wednesday. In a statement, the PM's office revealed Thursday will be "a national day of mourning for the martyrs and wounded of the Israeli attacks that targeted hundreds of innocent, defenceless civilians."
The Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health announced in a statement that "Israeli enemy raids on several Lebanese regions, reaching the capital Beirut, have resulted in an updated but not final toll of 112 martyrs and 837 wounded."
