The Israeli forces stationed on Jirzim Mount in Nablus shelled a residential area in Dahya area and Amman Street in the city, according to Palestinian sources, who added that the areas surrounding the villages of Kufur Qallil and Balatat el –Balad were also targeted by the Israeli fire. They said that substantial material damage was resulted from the attack.
The West Bank city of Beireh was in the meantime bombarded by intensive 500 and 800mm Israeli machinegun. Meanwhile, in the nearby Ramallah, armed Palestinians attacked Psagot settlement and exchanged fire with the Israeli troops positioned on Tawil Mount on the city.
