ALBAWABA - A video circulating on social media platforms such as X (formerly known as Twitter) showed Israeli forces killing a Palestinian man called Basil Wajiya Abd al-Afo al-Muhtaseb, 28 at a roundabout in Beit Ainun, Hebron.
Basil was driving his car when he got shot by the Israeli forces claiming that he attempted to carry on a "run in operation" near the entrance of Beit Ainun, north of Hebron according to Wafa News Agency.

The video in question was taken by a man who was startled when he heard the two gunshots as the camera shook and later added, "Shots fired on a white car in Beit Ainun."
The Israeli occupation forces later pointed out that Basil was driving in a closed military zone that prevents citizens from entering or leaving it.
Israeli forces target a school in Nablus

On Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2023, the Israeli forces targeted a school in southern Nablus called the Jaloud Mixed Basic School using sound bombs.
The school's head told WAFA News Agency in a phone call that the occupation forces targeted the student with sound bombs as they were leaving the school after taking their examination but fortunately, no injuries were reported.
He also added in the phone call that the Israeli occupation forces were deployed in the southern area of the village near Ahya and Yesh Kodesh.
