ALBAWABA- The Israeli Foreign Minister, Eli Cohen, is embarking on a visit to Manama, Bahrain, as the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported.
Cohen's scheduled meeting with King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa marks a significant step in the growing relationship between the two countries since they normalized ties in 2020.
This visit had been postponed last year due to the king's absence. Minister Cohen is expected to engage with four Bahraini ministers during his stay, although their identities have not been disclosed.
Furthermore, he will be accompanied by Israeli business delegates and journalists. This diplomatic encounter highlights the evolving dynamics in the region as Israel continues to strengthen its connections with Gulf states.
