Israeli forces detained at least seven Palestinians, including a minor, during predawn raids on Thursday in the occupied West Bank.
Palestinian Prisoner's Society confirmed that in the southern West Bank district of Hebron, Israeli forces detained one Palestinian; he was identified as Bassam al-Titi, 21.
In the southern West Bank district of Bethlehem, three Palestinians were detained by Israeli forces, PPS identified them as Ziad Naim al-Masri, Zaid Ahmad al-Sheikh and Bassel Mizher.
In the central West Bank district of Jerusalem, PPS confirmed that a 14-year-old Palestinian was detained; he was identified as Ismail Anwar Abu Zidiya.
In the northern West Bank district of Qalqiliya, one Palestinian was detained, PPS identified him as Muhammad Muwafi, 22.
In the northern West Bank district of Jenin, Israeli forces detained one Palestinian and identified him as Hisham Nabil Said Diab.
Additionally, Israeli forces raided the home of a Palestinian former prisoner, Ahmad Qasem al-Sheikh, in the Marah Rabah village in the southern West Bank district of Bethlehem. During the raid, Israeli forces delivered an interrogation notice to al-Sheikh's wife.
According to prisoners rights group Addameer, there are 5,820 Palestinian prisoners currently being held in Israeli prisons, of whom 270 are child prisoners, and 50 are under the age of 16.
