Israeli strike targets Al Jazeera journalist in Rafah

ALBAWABA -  An Israeli airstrike targets a group of journalists in Rafah, Gaza, injuring Al Jazeera reporter Ismail Abu Omar and photo journalist Ahmad Matar. 

A video posted on social media showed the aftermath of the attack, where both journalists Abu Omar and Matar were surrounded by civilians performing first aid, with one of them having both legs amputated, while the other had his head covered in blood with apparent serious injury. 

Reports say that both journalists were taken to the European hospital where they will undergo surgical operations.
