It was reported that Italian tour operator, Valtur, has signed a contract to manage the building of a new 145 hectare tourism complex in Libya, Mbendi news service reported.
The government is reportedly planning to issue tenders for the construction of the Villa Silin complex
The contracts, according to the news service, will be for the initial phase of the construction of a golf course with a club house and 400-600 bungalows – Albawaba.com
