ITEC holds an AIIM ECM Strategy Workshop

Image Technologies, ITEC, a leading provider of Electronic Document Management (EDM), Business Process Management (BPM) and Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions for Jordan and the Arab region organized a workshop on AIIM's ECM Strategy course, on the 8th of July, 2010 at the IBIS Hotel.

This workshop, prepared by Association of Information and Image Management (AIIM) and conducted by ITEC's General Manager, Mr. Jihad Jaljouli, is one of the first activities following AIIM's decision to appoint ITEC as a regional partner.

AIIM is a leading non-profit organization, who is dedicated to helping users worldwide understand the challenges associated with managing documents, content, records, and business processes.

The workshop covered various angles of ECM strategy from introducing and defining content and ECM, ECM business drivers, ECM technologies and functionality, and information architecture.

"The workshop covered topics essential to every business and individual's success in the content and business processes field," said Jihad Jaljouli, ITEC's General Manager. "Enterprise Content Management (ECM) provides you with the tools needed to capture, manage, store, and deliver content pertaining to organizational processes."

Attendees of this Strategy course can proceed to take subsequent training modules that will qualify them to become certified ECM Practitioners , ECM Specialists and ECM Masters.
