A Jazz workshop, organized by the Center of Arab and Mediterranean Music in conjunction with the Belgian-French Speaking Community, will be held between Sunday March 20 and Wednesday March 23 in Sidi Bou Said .
La Presse reports that the event will mainly consist of guitar, drum and saxophone classses, which will be conducted by the professional Belgian musicians, namely, Xavier Roge, Olivier Stalon and Pierre Vaina. The participation for the event is free but the registration is obligatory. This workshop aims at promoting Jazz and providing young Tunisians, who are interested in Jazz, with the opportunity to improve their knowledge of Jazz and to develop their techniques in playing the guitar, the drum and the saxophone.
