Jeppesen has named Tawfic Hammad as strategic account manager for its Dubai operation, which was opened in August 2007.  Hammad is fluent in Arabic and English, and has worked in the Middle East region for the past eight years performing sales and account management functions for major organizations.  He works closely with Jeppesen’s long-established London and Frankfurt operations, and is responsible for promoting all of Jeppesen’s business aviation services in this fast-growing market, including electronic chart and flight planning software, International Trip Planning Services, Jeppesen World Fuel Services, Jeppesen NavData services, and more.

“Getting Mr. Hammad in position is a great first step for our business aviation customers in the Middle East region,” said Kevin Collins, senior vice president, Business and General Aviation.  “Our next steps will now focus on building out our capabilities so that by the end of 2007 we will be able to offer full International Trip Planning Services, just as we do from San Jose, California, London Gatwick, UK and Bangalore, India.”
