Joint Venture to Build $350m Ammonium Unit in Algeria

Algeria’s local firm Asmidal, in a joint venture with a German company, Fritz-Verner, is set to build a $350 million ammonium production facility in Arzew, said Upline Securities. 

According to Upline, the facility should be operating in 30 months’ time and will export all of its production. 

The deal was one of several finalized at the Algerian-German Business Forum held recently in Algeria – Albawaba.com
