Jones Lang LaSalle has today confirmed two changes within its EMEA and Global Research teams. Paul Guest, currently Head of EMEA Research at Jones Lang LaSalle, is moving to Singapore to take on the role of Global Capital Markets Research Director. Grant Fitzner is joining Jones Lang LaSalle from January 2011 to replace Paul as Head of EMEA Research. He joins from the Department for Communities and Local Government in the UK, where he is Chief Analyst and Chief Economist.
