Jordan Ahli Bank signs a training agreement with Alliance
Jordan Ahli Bank has signed an agreement with Alliance Human Performance Development Company on Thursday to enable the Bank to develop critical customer service skills across all its employees.
The agreement was signed in Jordan Ahli Bank’s headquarter between the Bank’s Head of Group Human Resources Mr. Bashar Bakri, and the Executive Manager of Alliance Company Mr. Jamil Dalal, with the presence of Mr. Ahmad Al-Khub, Deputy CEO group, Head of Personal Premium Banking and Branches Management Jordan.
By virtue of the agreement, Alliance will deliver innovative theoretical and practical programs to train the employees of Ahli Bank on the latest tools needed to develop and enhance their capabilities in specific areas, including customer service and quality of service amongst others.
Commenting on this agreement, the management of Ahli Bank said: “Signing this agreement came in line with the Bank’s “Power of Change” slogan and within the context of our belief in the importance of developing the skills of our staff, who are the key element in assuring the success of the bank.”
The management added: “we have chosen Alliance to provide the training programs because we believe in their competitiveness and experience in this field.”
Mr. Dalal, on the other hand, expressed his appreciation to Jordan Ahli Bank for selecting Alliance to provide the Bank’s employees with the training they need, stressing that the company will employ all its capabilities towards the success of this agreement and achieving the best results.
