" Changes Management in Banking & Financial Institutions" organized by Princess Sumayya University for Technology (PSUT), King Talal Business College, which was be held between the 19th and 20th of May 2010. Guest Speakers varied from heads of financial institutions to decision makers and many Jordanian, Arab, and Foreign scholars.
The Conference main objectives is to study and analyze Management of Change in the Banking and Financial sectors, concentrating on the key role of Change management in creating new financial culture capable of coping with and overcoming the new challenges via developing new models for Changes management in the Banking and Financial institutions, moreover, developing performance criterion, restructuring, and organizing those institutions accordingly thus creating a stabilized financial sector that will achieve needed Economical growth.
