The first Jordanian-Algerian pharmaceutical joint venture is set to start production early next year in the Algerian capital, officials said on Thursday, quoted by Jordan Times
The English daily said the venture is being named Saidar, derived from Saidal, Algeria's largest pharmaceutical company, and Jordan's Dar Al Dawa (DAD). The construction of the facility is complete, but the finishing touches are still under way, explained the officials.
The multi-million project will specialize in producing eyedrops, making it the first factory to manufacture this product in the North African country, said Jordan Times – Albawaba.com
