Jumbo Electronics Invests AED3m during Dubai Shopping Festival 2010

Jumbo Electronics has seen a successful first week of this year’s Dubai Shopping Festival, of which it is once again a key sponsor. With an investment of over AED3m across a range of product offers during the Festival, Jumbo has seized the opportunity to work with a range of leading Dubai governmental and private organizations to make this year’s Festival a turning point economically, encouraging nascent consumer confidence to return to the buoyant levels seen in previous years.
“Dubai Shopping Festival has become an event which UAE residents mark in their diaries, and shoppers from around the region travel to attend. We were keen to reflect this excitement in the wide range of promotions that we put together for DSF 2010. Sponsors of the event since its inception, Jumbo has worked with DSF for 15 years to create offers that deliver value to customers based in the UAE, and attract interest from eager shoppers looking to visit the Emirates during this exciting period.

The investment of AED3m is spread across product offers during the Dubai Shopping Festival.  Also on offer from Jumbo during DSF are raffles and scratch & win.  Every day, Jumbo customers spending over 300dhs will receive a raffle coupon that will enter them in to a draw to win gold coins.  Jumbo is also offering a range of product bundles, and customers purchasing Sony products will have the chance to win their money back on purchases over 300dhs – exclusively at Jumbo Electronics. Scratch cards will offer a host of prizes, and fun activities in-store will ensure that everyone will enjoy a trip to Jumbo during the 15th Dubai Shopping Festival.
