Libyan leader, Moammar Kadhafi has hailed the role of African women in the “construction of a new Africa,” reported Panafrican News Agency (PANA).
Kadhafi was delivering a speech in Tripoli Sunday at a conference in which he said that “this woman is stronger than any other man in the world."
He called on African women to be aware of the need to take he initiative and move ahead, particularly at a time when the African Union is in the process of being built – Albawaba.com
