Libyan leader Muammar Kadhafi on Monday received a message from Morocco’s King Mohammed on bilateral and regional issues, reported the official Maghrebe Arab Presse (MAP).

The message was conveyed by the head of the Moroccan royal office, Mohamed Rochdi Chraibi.

The king’s envoy also met the secretary of the Libyan People’s Committee for African Unity, Abdeslam Triki. Talks covered the situation in the Arab World and means to promote the Arab Maghreb Union, said MAP. On the agenda were also means to develop relations between the two countries.
