For the very first time in the Region, Kia Motors introduced the Kingdom with a first of its kind service event: “Kia Before Service”. Starting on July 28th and for a period of one week, at Mecca Mall’s Gate no.3, followed by four days at Kia Motors showroom, Kia Motors welcomed customers and their Kia cars to receive free of charge inspection and light service conducted by Korean engineers flown in from Seoul.
The Kia “Before Service” event is a pioneer automotive initiative in the Kingdom, where Kia users were offered the opportunity to bring in their cars for a full free of charge check-up, malfunction diagnosis along with complimentary repairs. Visitors to the event were also able to test drive Kia vehicles and trade in their cars for any new model Kia at attractive financing rates.
“This event is pure reflection of our consumer centric philosophy adopted at Kia Motors Jordan. Our foremost goal revolves around providing our customers with exclusive top of the line services, thus, enabling our customers to upgrade their cars and benefit from world class expertise is a mere token of appreciation to their loyalty and support through out the years,” stated Nihad Zacharia, General Manager of KIA Motors Jordan.
The Kia “Before Service Event” also included a wide range of entertainment activities for all family members, including Kia branded giveaways, pottery making, dancing castles in addition to a live radio show conducted by Jordan’s number one hit music station, Play FM.
