Bahrain’s King, Sheikh Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, on Monday greeted the 217 formerly exiled Bahrainis who returned on Sunday to join their relatives in the Kingdom after being granted with the Bahraini passport.
In a message carried by BNA news agency, the Monarch hoped the returnees "would contribute to the process of modernization and development taking place in the country."
Voicing his determination to "reunite all Bahrainis," the King said, "Bahrain's heart has always been open to her citizens." (Albawaba.com)
