United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan conveyed Tuesday a letter to Cyprus President Glafcos Clerides and Turkish Cypriot leader Rauf Denktash, according to the official Cyprus News Agency.
The letter was delivered by his special adviser on Cyprus Alvaro de Soto, in the framework of shuttle-diplomacy meetings he has been holding with Clerides and Denktash in the last couple of days.
De Soto was to meet with Clerides at 10:00 (local time) and Denktash at 10:45 (local time) on Tuesday, the agency detailed. (Albawaba.com)
