The two parties will perform due diligence prior to establishing a joint venture to operate as a new travel management company in Saudi Arabia under the name Alshamel-STC.
Through aggressive regional expansion plans, Alshamel over the years has been able to reach customers worldwide and now enters the Saudi market via three major provinces; Western, Central and Eastern.
