Kuwait’s Emir scheduled to meet with Putin

Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Sabah is scheduled to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Sochi next month, according to Reuters.

The two leaders will meet in the Russian city on November 10 to discuss matters of the region.
