Bahrain and Kuwait have agreed to set up a joint supreme cooperation committee, marking a new era of ties in the fields of politics, economy, trade and defense, reported the Gulf Daily on Monday.
The agreement was reached during a visit by Bahrain’s Information Minister Mohammed Al Mutawa, to Kuwait on Sunday.
The paper added that the committee will be co-chaired by the two countries’ foreign ministers – Albawaba.com
