The third plane carrying Kuwaiti relief supplies for victims of the earthquake in the Iranian city of Bam headed to this quake-hit city, director of the Kuwaiti Red Crescent Society Nabeel Al-Hafez said on Monday. Al-Hafez told KUNA that the plane carried some 10 tons of food, medicines, bottled water, and blankets.
