Secretary-General of the Arab League Esmat Abdel Meguid is due in Kuwait on Friday in response to an invitation by the emir, Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmed Al Sabah, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
The Middle East News Agency reported that the emir would honor Abdel Meguid on the occasion of the end of his term in office.
Abdel Meguid will be replaced by current Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa on May 15 of this year – Albawaba.com
