The Kuwait Mobile Telecommunications Company has posted a 90 percent rise in profit to $103.3 million in the first quarter of 2001, AME-Info reported Tuesday.
Although this figure includes a one-off $38.7 million payment from UN compensation funds, the MTC shares were trading unchanged at 1.8 dinars Monday, said the news service.
