The Kuwaiti Cabinet held its weekly regular session on Sunday at Sief Palace under chairmanship of the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, in which they discussed a number of local and regional issues. Among others, the Cabinet discussed National Assembly (parliament) recommendations on state ownership of private real estate, and decided to notify all ministries and government administrations of not signing BOT contracts or any others where state property would be utilized, unless permission is obtained from the Municipal Council first, Arab Times reported.
