Kuwait’s First Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences on Tuesday to Syrian Vice President, Abdulhalim Kaddam.

KUNA news agency said the cable was sent over the death of the Syrian Vice President’s brother Helmi Khaddam. (Albawaba.com)
