LASELEC launches the ULYS 990 Modena, the new and most technologically advanced UV laser wire marking machine.
As a result of our R&D program and of more than 20 years of experience, LASELEC proudly presents the ULYS 990 Modena. Its exclusive features and advantages meet the expectations of the most demanding users.
The laser performance is enhanced thanks to a wider marking zone and higher frequency of shots: more than double in boost mode.
The ULYS 990 Modena brings new features such as an improved and more compact design, 4 printing fonts as standard with 2 horizontal and 2 vertical orientations and 90 characters per font including upper and lower case. It allows up to 128 characters per identification mark with specific information printed at cable ends, as well as bar code 39 printing capability.
The ULYS 990 Modena is suited to every production needs thanks to the extremely user-friendly and versatile EASYPROD™ command software. This proprietary software, very appreciated from the existing LASELEC customers, helps optimize production and generate significant time savings.
The ULYS 990 Modena is equipped with an exclusive process “Twin Shots”, patented by LASELEC, which enables you to choose, according to your need, the adequate production mode:
The Boost mode to mark with at extremely high speed: very long identifiers with small spacing, bar codes and wires/cables in reel-to-reel configuration using the LASELEC re-spooler with no cut.
The Economic mode is perfectly suited to mark short (and common) identifiers with longer spacing. It will increase the lifespan of the flash lamp and save energy.
