Event Management specialist MVM London and their sister company, the award winning Moving Venue Caterers assisted with the three day launch of High Speed 1, the UK’s first high speed railway and the new home of Eurostar at the restored St Pancras International.
Her Majesty the Queen of England officially launched the new terminal to over 1000 invited guests in the presence of His Majesty the Duke of Edinburgh, Gordon Brown PM of Great Britain and senior political figures from the UK and Europe.

This was a monumental project requiring spot-on logistical management; MVM employed its proven expertise to ensure event was delivered flawlessly.  Team members were flown over from MVM Events Dubai to help with the preparation and planning of this prestigious event.

Champagne and canapés were served on arrival, after which guests enjoyed a state of the art light, sound and film show observed from a specially erected seating platform, accompanied by music from the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and a 40 piece children’s choir performing with Katherine Jenkins and Lemar.
Supper after the show was served from purpose built market stalls depicting London’s traditional markets serving fresh fish and shellfish, cheese and meat together with a selection of hot dishes served in small bowls accompanied by fine wines.
