Cyprus President Glafcos Clerides and Turkish Cypriot leader Rauf Denktash met Tuesday in the framework of United Nations-led direct talks to solve the Cyprus problem, in the presence of the UN Secretary General's Special Adviser on Cyprus Alvaro de Soto.
According to the Cyprus News Agency, this was their third meeting since September 6, when they met in the French capital of Paris with UN Secretary General Kofi Annan. Their next meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday, September 19, the official agency added. (Albawaba.com)
