The Commander of the Lebanese Army, Major General Michael Sulieman has emphasized the necessity for continuing cooperation and coordination between the Syrian and Lebanese armies.
According to SANA news agency, on the occasion of Lebanon's Army Day, and in a speech delivered by Colonel Bassam Abdullah on behalf of Major General Sulieman, he said that the Lebanese army is committed to its strong stances in facing the "Israeli enemy and supporting … national resistance and the united track and destiny with Syria".
