Lebanon’s President Emile Lahud begins a three-day visit on Tuesday to Slovakia and the Czech Republics.
His visit comes after receiving two official invitations from Slovakian president, Rudolf Schuster and Czech president, Vaclav Havel.
The two visits to Bratislava and Prague, are part of efforts to reinforce bilateral relations between Lebanon and both Slovakia and Czech, as well as following up the implementation of signed cooperation agreements with Lebanon, according to KUNA.
During the visit, he is expected to discuss with the leaders the international and regional situation, in addition to issues of joint interest, especially cooperation in the fields of tourism and economy. (Albawaba.com)
