A small bomb exploded on Sunday outside the home of a Palestinian official in the Ein el-Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp in the southern Lebanese port city of Sidon, causing damage and no casualties.
The explosion, which took place in the early morning hours, damaged the entrance to the home of Ibrahim al-Shayeb, an official with Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's mainstream Fatah group, according to AP.
Al-Shayeb said he, an aunt, his wife and four children were inside the house when the explosion occurred. His aunt fainted and was taken to a hospital for medical treatment, he added. (Albawaba.com)
