LG Electronics (LG) announces the launch of its stylish and lightweight HS200 LED projector. The HS200 is ideal for any kind of presentation, guaranteeing the ultimate in picture quality with Digital Light Processing technology and the unmatched brightness of 200 ANSI lumens.

LG’s new HS200 projector delivers the very best images thanks to the high contrast ratio of 2,000:1. With the Digital Light Processing chip, the HS200 is capable of delivering exceptional picture quality and vivid colors. The Twin XD Engine offers superb color correction so that images are displayed naturally. Furthermore, the internal Advanced Color Engine enhances colors brilliantly, creates warm and natural skin tones, and sharpens edges with the Edge Enhancer for accurate and independent color control. Thanks to HDMI 1.3 up-scaling, the new projector eliminates on-screen color banding, providing smooth tonal transitions and subtle gradations between colors.
The slim HS200 LED projector is exceptional both inside and out. Its sleek new shape with contoured lines and glossy blue facade is both stylish and ultra mobile, weighing in at only 800 grams. The projector includes a user-friendly interface, designed with brighter, softer color and fancy, unique icons. Users can access detailed menus by simply selecting an icon from the main menu. Also, On-Screen Display (OSD) graphics make it easier and more interesting to operate the projector via the user interface.
Convenience is one of the most important features of the new HS200. Its Real Quick On/Off feature turns the projector on and off in only five seconds, which means no waiting for the long warm-up time of conventional projectors. The system can play DivX files, display JPEG images and even play MP3 music files through external hard drives, USB memory sticks or memory cards connected through the USB port.
