True Italian Dining at Sezzam and 24Seven this Winter


Indulge in the taste of Italy as celebrated Chef Stefano Mei and Chef Leonardo Concezzi arrive at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. From 25th January until 5th February, Sezzam and 24Seven will showcase the culinary talents of these award winning Chefs.

Chef Leonardo prepares an exotic and enticing array of authentic Tuscan a la carte delights as the ‘Tuscan Sunrise’ envelopes 24Seven.  Be spoiled by the elegance of Tuscany cuisine, accompanied by wines from the renowned region. 

Sezzam reveals it’s flamboyant ‘Pasta Pleasures’ promotion, with a luscious selection of superb fare inspired by the Sardinia region of Italy. Guest Chef Stefano Mei conjures up the authentic taste of Italy at Sezzam ‘Bake’ daily.

In addition Chef Stefano will present two live cooking demonstrations on Wednesday 28th January and Wednesday 4th February from 6:00pm at Sezzam ‘Bake’, meet and greet with culinary expert Chef Stefano and watch him create a taste of Italy you will never forget with a delicious three-course set menu. Chef Biographies:-
Stefano Mei, Chef de Cuisine
Chef de Cuisine, Stefano Mei has spent most of his career at the Forte Village S. Margherita di Pula.

Joining Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates for Tuscan promotion, Mei has worked as the Chef de Cuisine at Forte Village’s Hotel ‘Dune’ and prior to that Hotel ‘Castello’. In 2007 Mei was awarded a bronze medal at the Italian National Culinary Competition for success in hot food. In between his chef duties, he has spent some winter holidays at the Alma School of Kitchen training.

Leonardo Concezzi, Executive Chef
Leonardo Concezzi’s high profile career includes stints at some of the world’s most prestigious hotels, including Forte Village and Four Seasons. Concezzi’s journey to Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates is a homecoming of sorts for this award-winning chef, having worked in Dubai previously to set up fine dining restaurant The Villa, regionally Concezzi has also worked for other prestigious hotels in Doha and Damascus.

Award winning Chef Concezzi has received prestigious accolades the world over from Australia, Middle East and Italy, including Stella Michelin award in 1997, Grand Prix Gourmet in 2003.
