The new issue of the Maghrebian Horizons (52/2005) is devoted to the topic of French literature produced by Arabs. Under the newly created idiom - "French-speaking Arab literature" - the magazine strives to analyze the special identity of this literature and examine its multiple roots.

EMarrakech reports that a number of prominent thinkers and writers have gathered to discuss these issues and take part in the 200-page special edition of the magazine, including Charles Bonn, Marc Gontard, Francis Manzano, Colette Valat, Ana Sler and Abdellatif Laabi.
